★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ist dieses Transportunternehmen nicht fähig, eine Lieferung an der angebenen Adresse abzuliefern, sondern möchte diese Lieferung trotz mehrfach Urgenz an eine alte Adresse abliefern. Die Mitarbeiter bzw. dessen Vorgesetzten interessiert sich nicht für die Anliegen der Kunden. Ich hoffe, ich bekomme keine Lieferungen mehr mit diesem Unternehmen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute wurde eine Badewanne von Dachser angeliefert und ohne Informationen einfach vor der Tür abgestellt. Obwohl Mobil- und Festnetznummer bekannt waren, wurde die Lieferung nicht angekündigt. Auch wurde nicht geschellt und der Empfang auch nicht ordnungsgemäß durch Unterschrift bestätigt. So geht das nicht! Für die Zukunft bitten wir um rechtzeitige Anlieferungstermine.
Today, a bathtub was delivered by Dachser and left without information just outside the door. Although mobile and landline numbers were known, the delivery was not announced. Also was not ringing and the receipt also not properly confirmed by signature. That will not do! For the future, we ask for timely delivery dates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sind unfähig und nicht in der Lage die Ware zuzustellen. Eine Unterführung stellt ein unüberwindbares Hindernis dar. Ein Mitarbeiter (Name bekannt) beschimpft telefonisch auf übelste Weise seine Kunden. Nach dem Motto, dass man ja selber schuld ist, wenn man so "deppat" wohnt. Ware daher storniert und gut ist es. Solche Leute brauche ich nicht vor meiner Tür stehen haben.
Are unable and unable to deliver the goods. An underpass is an insurmountable obstacle. An employee (name known) verbally abuses his customers by phone. According to the motto that it is your own fault if you live "deppat". Goods therefore canceled and it is good. I don't need to have people like that at my door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe in den letzten Tagen zwei Lieferungen auf Paletten bekommen. Unsere Zufahrt ist schwierig (sehr eng) - trotzdem haben die beiden Fahrer alles ohne Murren und Probleme zugestellt. Ich kann also die negativen Erfahrungen nicht teilen. Bei mir war alles Top!
I have received two deliveries on pallets in the last few days. Our driveway is difficult (very narrow) - nevertheless the two drivers delivered everything without grumbling or problems. So I cannot share the negative experience. Everything was great for me!
