★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Katastrophe von Versicherung, Prozente mit Mühe und Not , obwohl ich bei der vorrige Versicherung nie niedrigste Stufe hatte , dann die -10 % nicht eingerechnet, 2mal Papiere nach Hause geschickt und trotzdem falsch verrechnet, Hände weg !!
A catastrophe of insurance, percentages with great effort, although I never had the lowest level with the previous insurance, then not counting the -10%, two papers sent home and still incorrectly charged, hands off!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am liebsten 0-Sterne. Sachverständige ohne jeglichen Sachbezug die Gutachten erstellen und dabei bei Vollkasko alles ablehnen. Gleich 2 mal unfreundliche Mitarbeiter am Telefon gehabt. Abwicklung erfolgte zwar schnell allerdings ist diese Versicherung nur zu empfehlen, wen man keine Tierschäden davonträgt. Nie wieder.
Preferably 0-star. Experts without any factual reference to prepare the expert reports and refuse everything in full insurance. Equally 2 times unfriendly employees on the phone had. Settlement was done quickly, however, this insurance is only recommended if you carry no animal damage. Never again.
