Um unseren Betrieb zu digitalisieren, haben wir uns an die Firma Gantner gewandt, um Komponenten für Solariumsteuerung und Steuerung der Getränkezapfanlage und Kaffeemaschine zu erwerben. Gantner bietet Schnittstellenlösungen für solche Systeme. Der Vertriebsmitarbeiter der Firma Gantner kam zu uns in den Betrieb, um die Einzelkomponenten zu erklären. Da wir als Kleinunternehmen überschaubare, jedoch sehr konkrete Anforderungen an die Funktionen der Geräte haben, kann man gerade in der Preisklasse erwarten, dass der Vertriebler exakte Angaben zum Ablauf der Installation und zu nötigen Zusatzanschaffungen leistet. DIe Erfahrung mit GANTNER hinterlässt folgenden Eindruck: Sobald man bezahlt hat, ist man vergessen. Im persönlichen telefonischen Gespräch mit dem Vertriebler haben wir Kritik an der Erklärungsqualität geäußert, jedoch war der Mitarbeiter völlig uneinsichtig und in keiner Weise kritikfähig. Auf die Information, dass man als Betrieb nun in Zeiten der Krise aufgrund der mangelhaften Aufklärung von GANTNER mit nicht unerheblichen Zusatzkosten konfrontiert sei, reagierte der Vertriebler mit der Aussage "wozu bekommt man denn schliesslich Überbrückungshilfe". Hier war das Telefonat für uns beendet, da sich in dieser Aussage die grundsätzliche Einstellung zum Kunden wiederspiegelt. WIr haben von GANTNER mehr erwartet und vor allem nicht eine solche Frechheit. We are a medium-sized fitness company in the Ludwigshafen am Rhein district. In order to digitize our operation, we turned to the Gantner company to purchase components for solarium control and control of the beverage dispenser and coffee machine. Gantner offers interface solutions for such systems. The sales representative from Gantner came to our company to explain the individual components. Since we as a small company have manageable, but very specific requirements for the functions of the devices, one can expect, especially in this price range, that the salesperson will provide precise information on the installation process and any additional purchases required. The experience with GANTNER leaves the following impression: As soon as you have paid, you are forgotten. In a personal telephone conversation with the sales representative, we expressed criticism of the quality of the explanation, but the employee was completely unapologetic and in no way capable of criticism. To the information that the company was now confronted with not inconsiderable additional costs in times of crisis due to the inadequate clarification by GANTNER, the sales representative responded with the statement "after all, why do you get bridging aid". The phone call ended for us here, as this statement reflects the basic attitude towards the customer. WE expected more from GANTNER and, above all, not such cheek.

D	Dominik Erath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ schlechtester Service in Sachen Zutrittskontrolle, keinerlei Lösungsvorschläge für etwaige individuelle Lösungen, die Hälfte der beauftragten Arbeiten müssen selbst durchgeführt werden, verrechnet wird aber ziemlich gut. Am meisten nervt, dass es kein telefonisches Durchkommen gibt. Absolut gschissener Laden!! worst service in terms of access control, no solution proposals for any individual solutions, half of the commissioned work must be carried out yourself, but the billing is pretty good. The most annoying thing is that there is no getting through by phone. Absolutely shitty shop !!

Im Nachhinein eine meiner schlechtesten Empfehlungen die ich bisher bekommen habe. Schade, dass man jetzt die teure Ware hat einbauen lassen und dadurch etwas abhängig ist.
