Selbst wenn man zum 5x wegen Fragen zu einem Auto kommt, hat man nicht das Gefühl, dass man nervt. I've been a customer for several years! I am totally satisfied with the customer service and advice. Even if you come to the 5x for questions about a car, you don't have the feeling that you're annoying.

Beim ersten Besuch zwecks Terminvereinbarung wird noch nicht einmal ein Kaffee angeboten. Ist zwar kein muss aber wie gesagt Kundenservice sieht anders aus. Garantiefragen sollte man auch nicht stellen, hier fehlt es eindeutig an Fachwissen. Appointment made 14 days in advance, no notification the date can not be met. Customer service looks different. The first visit for an appointment does not even offer a coffee. Is not necessary but as I said customer service looks different. Guarantee questions should not be asked, here it is clearly lacking in expertise.

Sehr unfreundliche Empfangsdame. Es muss nachgebessert werden, da die erfolgten Reparaturen nicht einwandfrei ausgeführt wurden. Nach jahrelanger Kundschaft hat man nun das Gefühl, die Corona Verluste sollen auf den Kunden abgewälzt werden. Nie wieder! Invoices for repairs are sometimes 100% too high. Agreed repairs are expanded and billed. Very rude receptionist. It must be improved since the repairs that were carried out were not carried out properly. After years of customers, you now have the feeling that the Corona losses should be passed on to the customer. Never again!

Datum 28.03.22 mehrere Auto Angebote bekommen sogar Vorführwagen trotz Chipmangel. Großes lob mal wieder an HR. Assmann. Tip TOP purchase advice from Mr. Assmann 2 cars or engines in one day of one hour driving I call that customer service :) July 2021 Date 11/19/21: Car picked up Top service Top advice, I'm very satisfied. Date 03/28/22 several car offers even get demonstration cars despite lack of chips. Kudos to HR again. Assman.

Kurz vor Ladenschluss hingefahren. Arbeiten nicht erledigt, keine Ersatzteile vorhanden. Administrative Chaos. Nun kann ich selber schauen wie ich morgen zur arbeit komme. Das erste und das letze Mal dort gewesen. Appointment made to change the glow plugs. Administration said they call to pick up. No phone call all day. Went there just before closing time. Work not done, no spare parts available. Administrative chaos. Now I can see for myself how I get to work tomorrow. Was there the first and last time.
