★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An upmarket restaurant offering an interesting Asian fusion menu. Amazingly located in the Austrian Alpine village of Söll. A great change from the other traditional Tyrolean/pizza options generally available almost everywhere else locally. A welcome find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gaia cuisine is an experience one shouldn't miss. Unparalleled fusion delicacies that caters to all. I personally loved their spanish paella vegan and carbonara. Delicious!!!
Ambience is top notch and the staff friendly. A restaurant Innsbruck was yearning for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here with friends on a Friday night - reservations are not essential. Ordered the aubergine ravioli, vegan paella and chickpea salad. Though the dishes took a while (cooked freshly we thought) we were served homemade bread with curried butter, olives and salami. The mains were nuanced, well-spiced, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavour. The meal was not over salted, the ravoli was refreshingly different to what I am used to having - the buttery garlic sauce it was served on was a delight. Prices are slightly on the higher side ( around14 € for the ravioli, 12.8€ for the paella, wine upwards of 5.4€) but it is totally worth it. Would go here again for the service, the ambiance, the location, the flavours and the friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing wine selection, top notch food with seasonal ingredients and the place itself is just amazing. If you are about to leave Innsbruck without having been to Gaia, do yourself a favour and turn that cat around.
