Von der Beratung bis zur Abholung des Fahrzeuges verlief alles unkompliziert, schnell und vor allem immer äußerst freundlich. Vielen Dank auch an Herrn Baumgartner für die kompetente Beratung! Hier fühlt man sich herzlich willkommen... :) I recently purchased a Mini Cooper year-old car and would be happy to recommend Autohaus Huber to others. Die Eurotax-Bewertungen sind meist so niedrig, dass sie den realen Handelswert bei weitem nicht gerecht werden. Das Angebot des Autohaus Huber war nochmals weit unter dieser Eurotax-Bewertung. Für mich jedenfalls Grund genug dort kein Auto zu kaufen! I was going to trade in my car. Unfortunately, from my point of view, the offer was absolutely not fair! The Eurotax ratings are usually so low that they do not do justice to the real trade value by far. The offer from Autohaus Huber was again well below this Eurotax rating. Reason enough for me not to buy a car there!
W	W M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SEHR ENTTÄUSCHEND !!! erst nach dritten Anlauf wurde das Ersatzteil repariert was wirklich defekt war!!! dabei hätte bei kurzer Probefahrt von Fachleuten der Fehler sofort erkannt werden müssen! Zahlen musste ich jedoch die erste Rechnung von 930€ die nicht erforderlich war - dabei waren nur zwei kleine Lager von den Zugstangen defekt!!! Autohaus Huber in Bruck sieht unser Auto definitiv nie wieder!!! PS: Mechhanikermeister fand das nochdazu recht witzig - habe ja jetzt alles neu. VERY DISAPPOINTING !!! only after the third attempt was the spare part repaired, which was really defective! the error should have been recognized immediately by specialists after a short test drive! However, I had to pay the first invoice of 930 € which was not required - only two small bearings from the tie rods were defective! Autohaus Huber in Bruck will definitely never see our car again !!! PS: Mechhanikermeister thought that was also quite funny - everything is new now.

Wurde dabei darauf aufmerksam gemacht dass für mein Fahrzeug eine Reparatur im Zuge einer Rückrufaktion ausstand (+ 1 Stern dafür). Als ich dann mein Fahrzeug vom Termin abholte war die Reparatur zwar durchgeführt worden, das Teil das ich bestellt hatte und wegen dem der Termin eigentlich ausgemacht wurde, wurde allerdings nicht eingebaut mit der Begründung man hätte keine Zeit dafür trotz des vereinbarten Termins. Also wurde ich nach Hause geschickt mit den Worten ich könne das Teil ja selbst einbauen. Leider kein guter Service für mich war es der erste und letzte Besuch. Ordered a part and made an appointment. Was informed that my vehicle was pending repairs in the course of a recall campaign (+ 1 star for it). When I picked up my vehicle from the appointment, the repair had been carried out, but the part that I had ordered and because of which the appointment was actually made was not installed on the grounds that there was no time for it despite the agreed appointment. So I was sent home with the words I could install the part myself. Unfortunately not a good service for me it was the first and last visit.

Nach Kauf eines X3 musste ich feststellen, dass ich für das perfekte, aber sportliche Fahrwerk doch schon etwas zu alt bin. Das Autohaus hat mir dann sehr faire Möglichkeiten und Alternativen angeboten. Das ist gelebte Kundenorientierung - danke! Exemplary, recommendable car dealership! Perfect, very friendly service and uncomplicated handling! After buying an X3, I realized that I was a bit too old for the perfect but sporty chassis. The dealership then offered me very fair options and alternatives. This is customer orientation in practice - thank you!
