Auch wenn die Leistung nur über die Kassa getragen wird, jedoch auf Termin Anfragen und dgl. nie zu reagieren, ständig muss der Kunde nachlaufen lässt an der Ernsthaftigkeit zweifeln. Customer service is weak. Even if the service is only carried out at the cash desk, but never to respond to appointment inquiries and the like, the customer must constantly run after the seriousness.

Sie ist keine sprachpsychologin sondern nur eine dame die dir einen wisch für einen richtigen psychologen gibt. wer also erwartet hilfe zu bekommen ist hier leider falsch... unfortunately only spoken a little and then filled out old slips of paper. She is not a speech psychologist but just a lady who gives you a whip for a real psychologist. So whoever expects to get help is unfortunately wrong here ...

I	Ilknur Bilici on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gebraucht habe ich eine Psychologin... und so habe ich dann einen Termin hier bekommen! Natürlich habe ich mir die schlechten Bewertungen durchgelesen aber ich wollte eine Chance geben- & was passiert? Sehr schlechte Erfahrung habe ich gemacht! Das erste mal gehe ich hin , ich war 10 min früher und es hat geheissen ich bin ``zu früh´´ , hat man erwartet dass ich gerne draußen warte.. Dann wurde ich aufgerufen, was mein Anliegen sei usw.. und das hat genau 10 min gedauert! Man hat das Gefühl, es wird einen nicht zugehört! Dann hat ess geheissen die Kollegin wird mich dann interviewen, ich solle am Do um 10:30 kommen.. Dann war ich am Do um 10:30 vor der Tür und die Kollegin meinte , dass ich keinen Termin habe.. draufhin zeigte ich mein Terminzettel, wurde ich trotzdem nicht drangenommen! So eine Frechheit!!! Ich hatte nämlich 1,5h Fahrt bis dorthin von zu Hause! So ein Kasperl-Theater! Draufhin: es tut mir leid, möchten Sie neuen Termin´sagte ich ´´nein danke´´ dazu! Sicher nicht umsonst immer gehen! Praxis selbst leider auch nicht sehr sauber- alles liegt herum und sehr unordentlich! Ich habe mich gar nicht gut aufgehoben gefühlt- umsonst bin ich dort hingegangen! Nie wieder dort hin! Ein Stern ist auch zu viel! I needed a psychologist ... and so I got an appointment here! Of course I read through the bad reviews but I wanted to give it a chance- & what happens? I have had a very bad experience! The first time I go there, I was 10 minutes earlier and it was said that I am `` too early '', they expected that I would like to wait outside .. Then I was called, what my concern was etc. and that lasted exactly 10 minutes! You have the feeling that you are not being listened to! Then it was called the colleague will then interview me, I should come on Thursday at 10:30 am. Then I was at the door on Thursday at 10:30 am and the colleague said that I don't have an appointment .. then I showed mine Appointment slip, I was still not intruded! What a cheek!!! I had a 1.5 hour drive from home! What a puppet theater! Then: I'm sorry, if you want to make a new appointment, I said ´´no thanks´´! Certainly not always go for free! The practice itself is unfortunately not very clean either - everything is lying around and very messy! I didn't feel that I was in good hands - I went there for free! Never go there again! One star is too much too!

Ich war vor 4 Jahren schon mal mit meinem Sohn dort und es wurde ihm ADS diagnostiziert, was ich selbst für falsch empfunden habe und meine Einschätzung wurde dann von 2 anderen Psychologen bestätigt, mein Sohn ist kerngesund. Da es meinem Sohn wegen der Situation in der Schule nicht gut geht, haben wir es nochmal bei ihr versucht, da das der einzige Termin war, der zeitnah in Wien möglich war. Sie hat meinen Sohn ein Mal für ca 40 Minuten gesehen, ein zweites Mal war er für 40 Minuten bei einer Vertretung und der Befund passt absolut nicht zu meinem Sohn. Sie hat Dinge bewertet, die nicht gemacht wurden, sie wusste auch nicht, dass mein Sohn schon mal bei ihr war und es wurde betont, dass er sehr klug ist und sich hervorragend konzentrieren kann (was bei ads nicht möglich wäre). Also wir holen uns eine zweite Meinung ein, aber grundsätzlich würde ich von dieser Praxis absolut abraten, da es keinen Sinn macht, seine Zeit so zu vergeuden. Unfortunately a very unreliable psychologist. I was there with my son 4 years ago and he was diagnosed with ADD, which I found wrong myself and my assessment was then confirmed by 2 other psychologists, my son is very healthy. Since my son is not doing well because of the situation at school, we tried her again because that was the only appointment that was possible in Vienna in a timely manner. She saw my son once for about 40 minutes, a second time he was at a substitute for 40 minutes and the findings absolutely do not match my son. She rated things that weren't done, she didn't even know that my son had been with her before and it was emphasized that he is very smart and can concentrate well (which would not be possible with ads). So we get a second opinion, but in principle I would absolutely advise against this practice, as it makes no sense to waste your time like that.

Schlampig gearbeitet, unzuverlässig, Termin wurde 1-2 Stunden vorher abgesagt (extra Urlaubstag genommen), Befund wurde angekündigt und erst auf Nachfrage (wenn überhaupt telefonisch erreichbar) mit fast 2 Wochen Verspätung bekommen. Auch der Befund selbst ist nicht sehr ausführlich. Was mich bei der Arbeitsweise keineswegs wundert. Unter einer psychologischen Untersuchung stelle ich mir etwas anderes vor. In diesem Fall geht es auch noch um ein Kind, da finde ich so ein Verhalten und Arbeitsweise wirklich fahrlässig. Selbst für eine Diagnostik würde ich hier nicht mehr hingehen. Unfortunately, absolutely not to be recommended. Sloppy work, unreliable, appointment was canceled 1-2 hours in advance (extra day of vacation was taken), findings were announced and only received on request (if reached by phone at all) with a delay of almost 2 weeks. The findings themselves are not very detailed either. Which does not surprise me in the way of the way of working. Under a psychological examination, I imagine something else. In this case, it's also about a child, so I find such behavior and working methods really negligent. I wouldn't even go here for a diagnosis.
A	Amelie Albertina Ritter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empfehlenswert! Ich bekam sehr schnell einen Termin und wurde freundlich empfangen und die Atmosphäre in der Praxis war sehr sehr entspannt. Die Gespräche verliefen flüssig und bei sensiblen Themen wurde sehr auf persönliche Grenzen geachtet. Wichtig finde ich zu erwähnen, dass bei der Befragung Augenmerk auf die Differenzen bei der Äußerung von Symptomen zwischen Frau und Mann gelegt wird! Der Befund den ich nach der Behandlung (Anamnese/Testung/klinisch-psychologisches Gespräch - 3 Termine, die jeweils ca. 30-50 Minuten dauerten) erhalten habe war sehr ausführlich verfasst und aufklärend. Zusammengefasst: 5 Sterne (& ein Pluspunkt für die Barrierefreiheit!) Recommendable! S	Sonja Kronberger-Erber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben Frau Krauland als sehr verlässlich, einfühlsam, äußerst professionell und hilfsbereit erlebt. 2 Tage vor Weihnachten haben wir uns, auf Grund einer Notlage meines Sohnes, an sie gewandt. Schon am Telefon hörte sie sich geduldig mein Anliegen an und bot uns einen Termin nach den Weihnachtsfeiertagen an. Die Praxis ist im Parterre barrierefrei zu erreichen und wirkt einladend und gemütlich. Mein Sohn (Autist, transident, Depression) war sehr aufgeregt und ängstlich, doch Frau Krauland hat mit ihrer freundlichen und natürlichen Art sofort das Eis gebrochen. Mein Sohn hat Angst vor fremden Erwachsenen und somit schon viele schlimme Situation bei Therapeuten, Gutachtern, Ärzten erlebt, doch Frau Krauland hat es geschafft, meinem Sohn ein nachhaltig positives Erlebnis mit auf seinen Lebensweg zu geben. Die Herausforderung war, dass wir innerhalb weniger Tage ein relativ ausführliches Gutachten brauchten, welches einwandfrei und überpünktlich bei uns ankam. Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass alles so reibungslos geklappt hat und möchten Frau Krauland absolut weiterempfehlen. We found Ms. Krauland to be very reliable, empathetic, extremely professional and helpful. Two days before Christmas we turned to her because of my son's plight. Already on the phone she patiently listened to my request and offered us an appointment after the Christmas holidays. The practice can be reached barrier-free on the ground floor and is inviting and cozy. My son (autistic, transident, depression) was very excited and fearful, but Ms. Krauland immediately broke the ice with her friendly and natural manner. My son is afraid of unfamiliar adults and has thus already experienced many bad situations with therapists, experts, doctors, but Ms. Krauland has managed to give my son a lasting positive experience on his life path. The challenge was that we needed a relatively detailed report within a few days, which arrived flawlessly and on time. We are very grateful that everything went so smoothly and would absolutely recommend Ms. Krauland.
