★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Betreuung der Wohnanlage ist über Jahre mangelhaft. Gartenanlagen, Stiegenhäuser, Keller, Heizräume sind in einem ungepflegten Zustand. Das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis passt auf keinen Fall.
The care of the residential complex has been inadequate for years. Gardens, staircases, cellars, boiler rooms are in a neglected condition. The price-performance ratio is by no means right.

Very uncool workers you have to call every time, the ones on the phone are very nice and send no matter who, but it should actually work automatically ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wohne bereits in der dritten Wohnung (innerhalb knapp 20 Jahren) deren Anlagen von dieser Firma betreut werden.
In der Früh war eine Glühbirne defekt als ich außer Haus ging, am Abend als ich heim kam war alles wieder hell weil die Hausbetreuung da war und ihre Arbeit gemacht hat.
Im Winter war der Schnee immer ziemlich schnell weggeräumt und Split gestreut.
Selbst als der Lift nicht funktionierte war innerhalb von einer halben Stunde jemand vor Ort.
Echt Top. Weiter so und großes Lob an alle.
I already live in the third apartment (within almost 20 years) whose facilities are looked after by this company.
In the morning a lightbulb was broken when I left the house, in the evening when I came home everything was light again because the housekeeping was there and doing its job.
In winter the snow was always cleared away and split up pretty quickly.
Even when the lift didn't work, someone was there within half an hour.
Really great. Keep it up and big praise to everyone.
