Trotz einer Begehung vor ca 3 Wochen hat sich nichts geändert und das was ausgehandelt wurde bis jetzt noch nicht erledigt , ich kann nur sagen es ist schlimmer geworden ( wie's aussieht werde ich den 1 bewertung Stern auch weglassen ) wenn man anruft sind sie recht freundlich genau wie unsere Hausverwaltung aber gemacht wird nichts lg :SCHADE!!

Despite an inspection about 3 weeks ago nothing has changed and what has been negotiated so far has not yet been done, I can only say it has gotten worse (it looks like I'll leave out the 1 star rating) when you call, they are quite friendly exactly like our property management but nothing is done lg: SHADE !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man muss leider immer wieder für verschiedene Tätigkeiten die im Werkvertrag festgelegt sind darauf hinweisen, dass diese auch durchgeführt werden. Das ist leider das Problem bei den meisten Hausbetreungs Firmen die ich kenne. Wahrscheinlich liegt das Problem an der Entlohnung der Mitarbeiter.
