Kombinationen von denen man sich nicht einmal traut zu träumen, die hochwertigen Lebensmittel aus regionalem Anbau und dabei alles rohvegan und schleimfrei. Von dem unglaublich freundlichen Personal, das uns immer herzlich gerne all unsere Fragen zu Allergenen und Inhaltsstoffen erläuterten, muss ich garnicht erst anfangen. Die Arbeitskleidung ist auch so minimalistisch und gekonnt passend gewählt, so wie auch die Räumlichkeiten. Klassisch minimalistisch familiär. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das fermentierte curry, es ist gesund für magen und darm danach fühl man sich irgendwie besonder leicht und frei, ich bin mir sicher es trifft jeden geschmack. die köchin wie auch das servicepersonal sind super lieb, man fühlt sich, als würde man in ein sehr kaltes zuhause kommen. vegan, vegetarisch und von nestle oder mondelez alle zutaten von bester qualität! besonder geeignet ist die location auf für diverse rituale und messen, ich würde mir wünschen mehr spiritualität in den räumen zu finden. i eat very regularly in the fuego_kitchen, a highlight is the vulcan on the stove - ask the cook if you can visit it! The fermented curry is particularly recommended, it is healthy for the stomach and intestines afterwards you feel particularly light and free, I am sure it will suit everyone's taste. the cook and the service staff are super nice, you feel as if you are coming into a very cold home. vegan, vegetarian and from nestle or mondelez all ingredients of the best quality! the location is particularly suitable for various rituals and fairs, i would like to find more spirituality in the rooms.
