It was great experience! The guide Libor was really nice guy, we settled every detail and there was no problem with deal. Canyoning leaded by Libor was adventure. He was professional, we felt safe and he was funny. They have all necessary informations on the website and you can pay by card there. Bonus, you can get a great cappuccino ?. I recommend it!

I really enjoyed the trip we had. Libor, the guide, has a professional access to inform everyone in our group to take action very carefully. Jumping into a water from heights was pretty exciting a a cool way to spend some time with friends. Thank you! I recommend this to every adrenaline or outdoor freaks!

Great team - fast in replying for your enquiry - very kind and attentive guides. The rafting tour was well designed, full with actions - thanks to Martin´s people skills - he quickly tuned in for our group and tailored the trip to our "explorer" team (dads and sons) looking for challenges and fun. Jump from rocks, swim in water and paddle like crazy. Worth to get up earlier for the morning ride - have higher water levels.

Terrible customer service. The website looks nice, you can 'book online' and pick a timeslot. After you picked this you have to pay so it seems that you reserved for a spot on that certain time. Then we get an email that thursday is not possible and we can come on friday. I respond to it by saying that friday is not possible for us and that we booked online for a timeslot. The answer I get is: I´m afraid it does´t work like that. What you send is a request that we have to confirm... Well if that is the case, then don't call it book online and make us pick a timeslot. Instead call it a request. Don't make excuses for something you messed up. Also you get no response on any questions, the only thing Jonas said is that it was apparently our fault. Maybe Jonas should take a lesson in customer service. During our short conversation he also apparently pushed the wrong button so we received tickets for the time we booked. But he canceled them immediately after. How is that possible if there was 'no spot' available on that time. Kind regards, Kaj Edit: Apparently it was a miscommunication due to the translation on the website. I hope they will fix it for future customers! It's a shame we couldn't go but I wish the best for the future

Very bad experience! I came to this trip with a waterproof camera, and before embarking the guide told me that I don't need to bring it with me as he bring his own. He "forgot" to mention that he charges 20 euro for the photos. I felt so scammed at the end of the trip when I found this out that it ruined the entire experience. Take one of the other companies that do the same trip but maybe tell you in advance all the hidden costs. Response to Jonas: There's a thing called email that'll keep your clients happy without costing you anything. If you want to charge extra from clients: A.Tell them in advance. B.Give them something with value to them. Whatever "sorting" you wanted to do at the office - I'm giving up the 4gb stick in advance. Just tell me how much you want to send me my own pictures that I didn't take by myself because of your instructions.

The canyoning it self was amazing. The guides were fun and very welcoming to, both the younger members of the group, as well as the more experienced adventurer. The drive to the site however was not very well explained and took us quite a wile. We took the rafting tour right after. This was without a doubt the highlight of the vacation. The scenery and difficulty level were excellent. Could not have been better!

We had an awesome day. Great guides (& barista) which make a lot of fun without forgetting their responsibilities. The shop is easy to find and the locations chosen for Rafting and Canyoning are really fantastic. We also had the chance to do the Rafting after a heavy rain shower... so it took a while until the water level dropped/decreased... but afterwards it was just just great. Very experienced guides. Cost to fun ratio ... 5+ stars. Thank you for this great day! Stay safe & take care.
