We would advise with our request very nice and dedicated. The tip with the newly built playground at the Protestant church was worth gold.

Wanderstöcke zum Ausleihen, Wander-Nadel für die Kinder, Saalfelden - Touristenkarte, ... Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen. During the summer holidays we went on vacation in Saalfelden. The staff were all very friendly and the offer was great. Hiking poles to borrow, hiking needles for the children, Saalfelden - tourist card, ... We will definitely come again.

Wir wurden super beraten und es wurde noch vor Ort angerufen ob offen ist oder nicht. Top Beratung da könnten andere Geschäft was lernen. We were here for Easter it was not all open and not all closed. We were given great advice and there was still a call on site whether it was open or not. Top advice other business could learn something.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und nimmt sich für einen zeit. Das tolle ist, falls die Info geschlossen ist, kann man sich im Vorraum mit Informationsmaterial eindecken. Also falls sie außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten kommen ist der weg nicht umsonst gewesen. Here you get all the information you need for a stay in this beautiful region for the warm and the cold season. The staff are very nice and take their time. The great thing is, if the information is closed, you can stock up on information in the anteroom. So if you come outside of opening hours, the way was not in vain.

J	Jiří Jirásek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a 2-bedroom apartment at the Schmiderer Pension through the Saalfelden Leogang Touristik GmbH. When I arrived I was offered only a 1-bedroom apartment. The owner did not apologize but offered me to move one bed the kitchen. As I did not have time to look for another accommodation I had to accept it. Later I complained at the agency but I have received no reply. I am sorry to say this but I felt cheated especially when I paid the full price as for the 2-bedroom apartment. I have visited Austria several times but I have never been treated this way before.
