★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant staff are appalling, ordered food and was asked to tip before service was rendered. I said I would too at the end after they served us based on performance. That want good enough I was told I needed to tip now at the time of payment. I didn't tip, had they of waited until after they probably would have gotten a tip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dreadful customer service: we ordered coffees and asked for a glass of tap water, which was FLATLY REFUSED! I have never been refused a glass of tap water when ordering other drinks, this is shameful for an Austrian bar in a country where we have always found superb service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a terrific place to stop in. We had an issue with our son’s ski boots that were bought somewhere else. They fixed them by changing the moulding so he was comfortable. While we waiting we had a terrific lunch on the patio. Staff were so nice and the food and view super.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great après-ski outdoor bar when legs are sore. To avoid bill-shock at end of week always ask for ski hire total price on first day (they may not confirm when returning credit-card to you)!
