★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beeindruckendes Kreuz auf einem Bergrücken hoch über der Donau. Bei Nacht ist es hell beleuchtet, man sieht es schon aus großer Entfernung. Seit der Renovierung verfügt es über eine super helle LED-Beleuchtung, die noch dazu in einem engen Winkel in Richtung Donau strahlt.
Direkt beim Kreuz gibt es einen Tisch mit Sitzbänken. Von dort man einen tollen Ausblick auf das Donautal und die Orte Ybbs und Persenbeug. Die Zufahrt ist bis fast zum Kreuz möglich, es gibt vor Ort aber nur sehr wenige Parkmöglichkeiten.
Impressive cross on a ridge high above the Danube. At night it is brightly lit, you can see it from a great distance. Since the renovation, it has had super bright LED lighting that also shines at a narrow angle towards the Danube.
There is a table with benches right next to the cross. From there you have a great view of the Danube valley and the places Ybbs and Persenbeug. You can drive almost as far as the cross, but there are very few parking spaces on site.
