Da fahren wir einmal im Monat zum Fressnapf. Warum Fressnapf.? :Weil man dort von Ausrüstung, Spielzeug, Katzenklappe, Futter.... einfach alles in einem Geschäft kaufen kann.

We go to the Fressnapf once a month. Why Fressnapf.? :Because there you can buy everything from equipment, toys, cat flap, food... everything in one shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nett und freundlich die Jenny da fühlt man sich als Kunde sehr gut aufgehoben nicht wie der andere mit brille der sich telefonisch nicht mal Zeit nimmt eine frage zu beantworten bin von Krems hab wegen panzerwelse gefragt wollte die größe nur wissen dann kommen sie vorbei da er keine zeit hat. Jenny ganz anders schaut nach gibt dir bescheid am telefon und heute die panzerwelse geholt. Super nette da kann sich der andere eine Scheibe abschneiden so funktioniert das. Der alte Spruch der Kunde ist König bei Jenny ganz sicher. ??????????
Super nice and friendly, Jenny makes you feel very well looked after as a customer, not like the other person with glasses who doesn't even take the time to answer a question on the phone. I asked from Krems about armored catfish, just wanted to know the size, then come by because he has no time. Jenny looks completely different, lets you know on the phone and got the armored catfish today. Super nice because the other one can learn a lesson that's how it works. The old saying the customer is king with Jenny for sure. ??????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So ein anmaßender und unfreundlicher Verkäufer ist mir noch nie begegnet. Scheinbar braucht Fressnapf keine Kunden, in Zukunft bestelle ich online oder kaufe anderswo. Die Verkäuferinnen waren kompetent, bemüht und haben auch alle Anfängerfragen nett beantwortet.
I have never met such a rude and rude salesperson. Apparently Fressnapf doesn't need customers, in future I'll order online or buy elsewhere. The saleswomen were competent, made an effort and also answered all beginner's questions nicely.
