N	Nadine Ggg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abgesehen von der schlechten Beratung empfand ich persönlich, dass die Mitarbeiter total genervt und unmotiviert sind! Außerdem musste mein 3-jähriges Kind dringend auf die Toilette, weshalb ich gebeten habe, kurz auf's Klo gehen zu dürfen. Daraufhin meinte die Verkäuferin: Nein, sie haben kein Kunden WC. Ich sollte wo anders hin gehen! Sowas finde ich einfach nicht in Ordnung, ein dreijähriges Kind.... ich werde jedenfalls KEIN KUNDE mehr sein! Apart from the bad advice, I personally felt that the employees are totally annoyed and unmotivated! In addition, my 3-year-old child urgently needed to go to the toilet, which is why I asked if I could go to the toilet for a moment. Then the saleswoman said: No, you don't have a customer toilet. I should go somewhere else! I just don't think that's okay, a three-year-old ... I will definitely NOT be a CUSTOMER anymore!

i	isibisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Tierbedarfsbereich ist toll, jedoch die Zooabteilung, besonders der Aqua Bereich, sind mangelhaft. Es werden Fische absolut unsachgemäß gehalten, auch wenn es sich theoretisch nur um einen kurzen Zeitraum hält. Betta (bekanntermaßen Fische die strikte Einzelhaltung und einen komplett abgeschirmten Bereich ohne Blick aufs Nachbaraquarium benötigen!!!) werden einfach mit anderen Fischen im Aquarium gehalten, absoluter Stress für beide Parteien und Tierquälerei. Außerdem wird von der Verkäuferin geraten, dass man ein Betta Männchen dauerhaft mit einem (!) Weibchen halten kann. Diese Tiere sind kein Rätsel mehr und ein „Zoofachgeschäft“ und dessen Mitarbeiter sollten über die Tiere Bescheid wissen die verkauft werden. Ich hoffe man gibt zukünftig mehr acht auf das Tierwohl, ansonsten fahre ich gerne um einiges weiter um meinen Aquaristikbedarf zu decken. The animal needs area is great, but the zoo department, especially the aqua area, is inadequate. Fish are kept absolutely improperly, even if it theoretically only lasts for a short period of time. Betta (known to have fish that strictly need to be kept individually and a completely shielded area without a view of the neighboring aquarium !!!) are simply kept in the aquarium with other fish, absolute stress for both parties and cruelty to animals. The seller also advises that a Betta male can be kept permanently with a (!) Female. These animals are no longer a mystery and a “pet shop” and its employees should know about the animals that are being sold. I hope people will pay more attention to animal welfare in the future, otherwise I like to drive a lot further to cover my aquarium needs.

An der Kassa wenn niemand sonst ansteht, ist immer leer! Ich hab dann gerufen, da bekam ich die Antwort es gibt eine Glocke!! Ja wusste ich leider nicht! The business is very clear and large. You can find everything the animal needs. However, the staff is quite rude! At the cash desk when no one else is queuing, it's always empty! I then called and got the answer there is a bell !! Unfortunately, I didn't know!
