Wenn ich mir anschauen muss was meine Freundin bei VW für die gleichen Tätigkeiten bezahlt und was hier bei BMW verlangt wird dann ist das unverschämt! Zuerst ein vielfaches verlangen dann frech das Auto ungewaschen hinstellen bei einem fast 2000€ Service! NIE WIEDER BMW!
Service and costs are disproportionate! If I have to look at what my girlfriend pays for the same work at VW and what is required here at BMW, then that's outrageous! First ask a multiple then cheekily put the car down unwashed with an almost 2000 € service! NEVER AGAIN BMW!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie immer, perfektes Service! Hatte einen Stein in der Bremsscheiben Abdeckung und bin leider erst um 15.30 hingekommen! Trotzdem ist gleich ein Mann mitraus gekommen und hat das Auto auf die Hebebühne gestellt und den Stein entfernt! Mechaniker haben am Freitag um 15.00 Dienstschluss, dh es muss jemand vom Verkauf gewesen sein! DANKE für das perfekte Service!
As always, perfect service! Had a stone in the brake disc cover and unfortunately I didn't get there until 3.30 p.m.! Nevertheless, a man immediately came along and put the car on the lift and removed the stone! Mechanics close on Friday at 3 p.m., which means someone from sales must have been there! THANK YOU for the perfect service!
