The young people advise very well, are helpful and simply good. I'm a 65 year old Omama who bought the first skateboards for my grandchildren.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte zwei Magazine online bestellt. DPD Tracking, schnelle Lieferung, zwei Sticker dabei, alles super. Die beiden Thrasher Magazine waren jedoch ziemlich mitgenommen und eins hatte einen Knick. Hab den Jungs eine Rückmeldung gegeben per E-Mail und direkt eine nette Antwort bekommen. Sehr freundliche Jungs und netter Schriftverkehr, haben sich entschuldigt und meine Erfahrung so gut zu machen wie möglich.
I had ordered two magazines online. DPD tracking, fast delivery, two stickers included, all great. However, the two Thrasher magazines were pretty battered and one had a kink. I gave the guys feedback via email and got a nice answer straight away. Very friendly guys and nice correspondence, apologized and made my experience as good as possible.

auf Antwort vom Inhaber:
wenn die Ware einwandfrei ist, dann kann diese regulär umgetauscht werden, wenn diese nicht der angegebenen Beschreibung entspricht oder diese nicht den Erwartungen des Käufers entsprechen.
Wenn der Artikel ausprobiert wird, ist er nicht gleich gebraucht, dann müsste jede Kleidung im Laden gebraucht sein, wenn es nach Ihrer Argumentation ginge........
Überall kann alles umgetauscht werden, bei Onlinekäufen steht es sogar gesetzlich fest, dass es sich um Haustürgeschäfte handelt und der Händler verpflichtet ist, dies zurückzunehmen. Scheinbar herrschen in Ö-Reich andere Gesetze.

If the goods are flawless, they can be regularly exchanged if they do not correspond to the description given or if they do not meet the buyer's expectations.
If the article is tried out, it is not used immediately, then every clothing in the store would have to be used, if it were up to your argument ........
Everything can be exchanged anywhere, with online purchases it is even legally stipulated that it is door-to-door sales and the retailer is obliged to take it back. Apparently other laws prevail in Austria.
