Im Taxi selbst steht ja, die Pauschale, für ein bestelltes Taxi beträgt € 2,80, welche mir sofort von Anfang an dazu gerechnet wurde, obwohl ich es nicht bestellt habe. Weiters hat sich der Fahrer, Herr Ayhan A (Kennzeichen W-3836TX), 5€ (!!!) Trinkgeld selbst einbehalten, weil er "kein Kleingeld" mehr hat, was er mir zurückgeben kann. Nachdem ich mehrfach mein Rückgeld wollte, habe ich dies dennoch nicht bekommen. Fast 10€ also dem Unternehmen geschenkt für eine Taxifahrt um 13,40€. I got into a taxi that was already on the street. The taxi itself says the flat rate for an ordered taxi is € 2.80, which was added to me right from the start, even though I didn't order it. Furthermore, the driver, Mr. Ayhan A (license plate W-3836TX), withheld a tip of 5 € (!!!) because he has "no change" which he can give me back. After several times I wanted my change, I still couldn't get it. Almost € 10 was given to the company for a taxi ride for € 13.40.

Der Support ist eine Katastrophe und der Grund für die Sperre wird mir auch nicht genannt… For some reason, me, my parents, my sister and my wife are blocked from online payments, which means that we cannot use vouchers either, and we have them worth 100 euros. D	Dalibor .nedbal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji. Jedná se o naprosto nesolidni a nezodpovědnou sluzbu. Objednal sem si u nich odvoz na letiště s tříhodinovým předstihem a přesto to nezvládli a vrchol bylo, že mi to oznámili až v čase plánovaného odjezdu. Zmeškaný odlet, problémy a plno zbytečně vyhozenýchch peněz . I do not recommend. This is a completely unreliable and irresponsible service. I ordered a transfer to the airport from them three hours in advance, and yet they did not manage to do so, and the highlight was that they only informed me at the time of the planned departure. Missed departure, problems and a lot of wasted money.

None of the Tierrettung or Notdienste could come, we ordered a taxi through the app, and our driver was there quick and when he saw the dying kitten in our arms he immediately called the dispatcher and his friends, asking if anyone could call any possible clinic while we were rushing through the town to the only vet clinic that responded to us and was 40 minutes away. We couldn`t make it, and she couldn`t be helped anyway, she was too badly hurt and while our dear driver was rushing us to the vet, our sweet furbaby stopped breathing. He showed us so much humanity, kindness, took immediate charge and tried his best to get us there as fast and safe as possible. I know we couldn`t expect a stranger to care this much for us, but thanks to his immediate response to our crisis we could feel a moment of comfort that everything might be okay eventually. Dear Yusuf C., we will be forever grateful for your kindness. Thank you.

The meter in the car says approx 80 euro but the driver says final price is 160 euro. No idea how he came up with that. Also the app doesn’t give any price estimate before the trip. Stay Away.
a	alison Bryant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really awful and dishonest company. My hotel in Vienna requested a ride for a friend and I to the airport. First the driver tried to charge us more than the fixed price then I left my purse in the car. I had the hotel call them back straight away to try to get the driver to bring it back to the airport for me. They have refused to return any calls or emails on this matter to the Hilton hotel representative or to me. I'm afraid they are thieves who have ruined my hitherto good impression of Vienna :-(
