There was a misunderstanding during a transaction, but it was resolved with a nice apology and personal commitment from the employee and boss!
P	Philipp Täubel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kostenvoranschlag ist nur per Foto möglich, sonst werden 60€ verrechnet. Bei meinem Problem (Kalk im Spühlkasten) war ein Foto nicht möglich, dennoch 60€. War bei 3 anderen Installateuren nicht der Fall,dort war die Begutachtung kostenlos. A cost estimate is only possible by photo, otherwise 60 € will be charged. With my problem (lime in the cistern) a photo was not possible, but 60 €. Was not the case with 3 other installers, there the assessment was free.

Die Dame hat uns nicht professionell beraten, sie war nicht kompetent und leicht genervt, da wir die Preise zu 2 verschiedenen Varianten wissen wollten. Auch dauerte es sehr lange bis sie die Preise ausfindig machen konnte. Der Monteur, der das WC eingebaut hat, war sehr freundlich, kompetent und hat schnell gearbeitet. Leider wurde ein falsches WC eingebaut, wir haben dies beanstandet, uns wurde auf unfreundliche Weise mitgeteilt, dass wir die Arbeitszeit für den Einbau des falschen WC's nicht zahlen müssen!! Kein Preisnachlass, nichts! Nur Unannehmlichkeiten, da natürlich ein weiterer Termin für den Einbau des bestellten WC's auch noch statt finden musste. Die Firma ist nicht weiter zu empfehlen. The lady did not advise us professionally, she was not competent and easily annoyed because we wanted to know the prices for 2 different variants. It also took a long time until she was able to find the prices. The fitter who installed the toilet was very friendly, competent and worked quickly. Unfortunately, the wrong toilet was installed, we complained about it, we were informed in an unfriendly way that we do not have to pay the working time for installing the wrong toilet! No discount, nothing! Only inconvenience, because of course another appointment for the installation of the ordered toilet had to take place. The company is not recommended.
