Gesagt getan... nach fast 2 Wochen kam lediglich die Antwort: "Geht sich nicht aus."
So geht man nicht mit Kunden um.

After a phone call with the secretary, I was told that I should write my request to the boss by email.
No sooner said than done ... after almost 2 weeks, only the answer came: "Doesn't work out."
That's not how you treat customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wollten die Planung eines EFH mit Schachner machen. 1 Monat Wartezeit auf einen Termin mit dem Inhaber. 2 Tage vor dem eigentlichen Termin wurde uns der Termin abgesagt und mitgeteilt dass es sich nicht ausgehen würde. Das könnte man auch schon vorher wissen.
We wanted to plan an EFH with Schachner. 1 month waiting time for an appointment with the owner. 2 days before the actual appointment, we were canceled and told that it would not work out. You could know that beforehand.
