Nachdem der A1 Shop im Kaufhaus Tyrol nicht weiterhelfen konnte (SMS schreiben ging beim Handy meiner Mutter nicht mehr) sind wir zur zum Lamprechter gegangen, um ein anderes Handy zu kaufen, weil sie mit dem Nokia 3310 nur Schwierigkeiten hat. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und die Verkäuferin meinte, sie würde es sich zuerst gern anschauen, bevor ein neues Handy gekauft wird. Nach der Schilderung unserer Erlebnisse beim A1 Shop,schüttelte die Verkäuferin nur den Kopf und hatte mit 2-3 Klicks das Handy wieder flott. Hat noch nicht mal das gekostet! Unglaublich. Und das in der heutigen Zeit. Jedenfalls vielen Dank!!! Klare Empfehlung für jede weitere Abschaffung und bei allen Fragen rund um Technisches. SUPER!!!! After the A1 shop in Kaufhaus Tyrol couldn't help (texting was no longer possible on my mother's cell phone), we went to Lamprecht to buy another cell phone because she only had difficulties with the Nokia 3310. We received a very nice welcome and the saleswoman said she would like to have a look at it first before buying a new cell phone. After describing our experiences at the A1 shop, the saleswoman just shook her head and with 2-3 clicks the cell phone was back on the road. Didn't even taste that! Incredible. And that in this day and age. In any case, thank you very much! Clear recommendation for any further abolition and for all questions about technical issues.

Der Fotograf hat meinen 2-jährigen knapp vor dem Gesicht in die Augen geblitzt und ihn somit total verschreckt und traumatisiert noch bevor er auf dem Stuhl saß. Weitere Versuche (nachdem wir andere Kunden immer wieder vor lassen mussten) blieben erfolglos. Zum Glück klappte es in einem kinderfreundlichen Fotostudio im DEZ dann problemlos. Not suitable for small children! The photographer flashed my 2-year-old in the eyes just in front of the face, frightening and traumatizing him even before he was even sitting on the chair. Further attempts (after we had to keep other customers in front) were unsuccessful. Fortunately, it worked without any problems in a child-friendly photo studio in DEZ.
