★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde von einem Gast stark beschimpft weil ich einen Freund schützen wollte. Der Gast hat aus seinem Glas getrunken und ihn schon öfter körperlich belästigt. (Getränk wurde freundlicherweise ersetzt). Da er aber einen Migrationshintergrund hat wurde er erst vom Personal in Schutz genommen. Erst nachdem andere sich ebenfalls beschwerten wurde er für diesen Abend aber nach Hause geschickt.
Mittlerweile wurde uns versichert, dass das Personal erneut geschult wird. Bin sehr dankbar für die Kontaktaufnahme des Lokals und den freundlichen Umgang.
Was badly abused by a guest because I wanted to protect a friend. The guest has drank from his glass and has often bothered him physically. (Drink was kindly replaced). But since he has a migration background, he was first taken into protection by the staff. It was only after others also complained that he was sent home for that evening.
We have now been assured that the staff will be trained again. I am very grateful for the establishment of contact and the friendly treatment.
