★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute dort um mir ein Motor Öl zu kaufen, wurde dann von einem jungen Mitarbeiter blöd angemacht warum ich dieses kaufe weil es nicht das richtige sei (obwohl ich dieses jetzt schon seit über einen Jahr kaufe und alles bestens funktioniert ) habe dann gefragt welches besser wäre und anstatt es mir zu zeigen hat er nur frech geantwortet,wollte ihm das "falsche öl" wieder geben und seine Antwort war "Was soll ich jetzt damit"
Gut dann habe ich es wieder zurück getragen
Komme bestimmt nicht noch einmal da so ein Verhalten gegenüber Kunden inakzeptabel ist ( arbeite selber im Einzelhandel)
Was there today to buy an engine oil, then a young employee made a fool of me why I buy it because it was not the right one (although I have been buying it for over a year and everything works perfectly) then asked which one better and instead of showing me he just cheekily replied, wanted to give him the "wrong oil" again and his answer was "what should I do with it now"
Well then I carried it back
Will definitely not come again because such behavior towards customers is unacceptable (work in retail yourself)
