★ ★ ★ ★ ★ habe meine Motorsäge zur Reparatur gebracht (sie ließ sich nicht mehr starten) . Am nächsten Tag wurde mir gesagt das die Reparatur ca. € 200,- ausmacht weil angeblich der Vergaser kaputt ist. Da es mir zu teuer erschien habe ich die Säge wieder abgeholt. Inzwischen habe ich mir einen Membransatz für € 14,50 über's Internet bestellt und diesen obwohl ich kein Mechaniker bin selbst getauscht und siehe da, die Säge läuft wieder. Ich kann leider keine Empfehlung für diese Firma aussprechen. Sie sind zwar freundlich und nett im Verkauf von Neuware aber der Service ist überteuert und fragwürdig.
brought my chainsaw to be repaired (it wouldn't start). The next day I was told that the repair would cost around € 200, - because the carburetor is supposedly broken. Since it seemed too expensive to me, I picked up the saw again. In the meantime I have ordered a membrane set for € 14.50 over the Internet and even though I'm not a mechanic, I exchanged it myself and lo and behold, the saw is working again. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. They are friendly and nice in selling new goods, but the service is overpriced and questionable.
