★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from Bauhaus online. Realised I ordered the wrong thing. Called Bauhaus, they told me simply bring the goods to the physical shop for a refund. My girlfriend took the time off to drive out there for me to return it, the goods were still in "BAUHAUS" packaging and she had the receipt in a digital format.
Was told only a printed receipt was valid and we have to take another trip back out there.
Poor customer service.
