Die Zimmer waren sauber das Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten sehr köstlich. Aber all diese Dinge würde man nicht so genießen können und würden nicht angenehm in Erinnerung bleiben, wenn nicht die Menschen die diesen Betrieb führen, dies mit soviel Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit täten wie in diesem Fall, Familie Holzinger. Danke The food (Forelle Müllerin) tasted wonderful, the wild and romantic natural ambience and the cozy outdoor dining area underscored this. The rooms were clean and the breakfast with regional products was very delicious. But you would not be able to enjoy all these things and would not be pleasantly remembered if the people who run this business did not do so with as much warmth and friendliness as in this case, the Holzinger family. thanks

Mussten unsere Zeit für die Tischreservierung kurzfristig ändern, was überhaupt kein Problem war. Essen hervorragend. Wartezeit sehr kurz. Eindeutige Empfehlung... You seldom have such a friendly staff including the boss. We were 10 people. Had to change our time for the table reservation at short notice, which was no problem at all. Excellent food. Very short waiting time. Clear recommendation ...

Die Speisekarte ist klein, lässt aber keinen Wunsch offen: Fisch aus eigener Zucht perfekt und variantenreich zubereitet, bodenständige Fleischgerichte, aber auch Vegetarier müssen sich nicht nur mit Beilagen zufrieden geben. Eine extra Kinderkarte ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Highlight ist auch, dass man frisch geräucherte Fische auch mit nach Hause nehmen kann, um noch eine schöne Brotzeit am nächsten Tag zu Hause genießen zu können. Wir planen immer, wenn wir in der Gegend sind, auch dem schönen Gasthof einen Besuch abzustatten. Vielen Dank. We have been to the Forellenhof repeatedly, my parents are there regularly. The host family is incredibly friendly and cordial, you have to feel comfortable here. The menu is small, but leaves nothing to be desired: fish from our own farm, prepared perfectly and in a variety of ways, down-to-earth meat dishes, but vegetarians don't just have to be satisfied with side dishes either. An extra children's menu is also available. Another highlight is that you can take freshly smoked fish home with you so that you can enjoy a nice snack at home the next day. Whenever we're in the area, we plan to pay a visit to the lovely inn. Thanks very much.
