Ich habe das Fahrzeug in eine andere Werkstatt gegeben. Die Rechnungen von Ford Danninger liegen nun beim Rechtsanwalt. The repair costs have almost doubled. 3500 € and half a year later the car still doesn't work. I took the vehicle to a different workshop. Ford Danninger's invoices are now with the lawyer.
G	Gabriele Schuster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wir waren am dienstag 28.12.2021 auf dem weg nach salzburg und hatten in der nähe von linz ein problem mit der auromatik und mußten am parkplatz allhaming stoppen. nachdem wir die assistance (mobilitätsgarantie) kontaktiert hatten kam dann der öamtc vorbei und hat schnell entschlossen dass er uns nicht helfen kann und hat den abschleppdienst angerufen. dieser hat uns dann zum autohaus danninger nach leonding gebracht. nach kurzer durchsicht wurde festgestellt dass eine teil des automatikgetriebes kaputt ist und der schaden nicht sofort behoben werden kann. kurzerhand wurde für uns ein ersatzauto organisiert (ein ford kuga, da ich in einem tiefliegenden auto wegen rückenprobleme nicht sitzen kann), und nach ca. 1,5 stunden waren wir wieder unterwegs. heute, 30.12. wurde ich angerufen dass mein auto wieder fertig ist und wir haben die fahrzeuge wieder ausgetauscht! das ganze wurde wirklich alles blitzschnell und überaus kundenfreundlich erledigt. also wenn wirklich mal was passiert dann kann man sich nur wünschen bei solchen leuten zu landen. wir möchten auf diesem weg nochmals DANKE sagen und wünschen euch alles gute! unser ganz besonderer dank gilt daniel lichtenauer der uns persönlich betreut hat! VIELEN VIELEN DANK und lg Gabriele und Michael we were on the way to salzburg on tuesday 28.12.2021 and had a problem with the auromatics near linz and had to stop at the allhaming car park. after we had contacted the assistance (mobility guarantee) the öamtc came by and quickly decided that they could not help us and called the towing service. he then took us to the danninger car dealership in leonding. after a short inspection it was found that part of the automatic transmission is broken and the damage cannot be repaired immediately. Without further ado, a replacement car was organized for us (a Ford Kuga, as I cannot sit in a low-lying car due to back problems), and after about 1.5 hours we were back on the road. today, 30.12. I received a call that my car is ready again and we have exchanged the vehicles again! the whole thing was really done very quickly and in a very customer-friendly manner. so if something really happens then you can only wish to end up with such people. We would like to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU again and wish you all the best! our very special thanks go to daniel lichtenauer who looked after us personally! G	G Ratschi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei meinem 6 Jahre alten Ford Galaxy hat das getriebe aufgeleuchtet. Hab mir gedacht da fahr ich mit meinem Auto gleich zu einer ford Werkstatt. Hab es über die Nacht dort gelassen. Bekam einen Kostenvoranschlag von 8500euro Material und ca. 4000 bis 5000 € Arbeitszeit. Sicherheitshalber hat mich 15min danach gleich der auto verkäufer von diesem haus angerufen. Da er informiert wurde das mein auto ja ein total Schaden ist, fragte er mal nach ob ich nicht ein neues Auto kaufen möchte. Hab dafür 65€ bezahlt und mein Auto wieder abgeholt. Bin jetzt mit dem Auto zu einer anderen weksatt gefahren. Die hat alles um 2120 Euro geschafft und mich nach ein paar Tagen angerufen ob eh noch alles läuft. Liebes Ford Danninger team. Ich hatte bei euch von Anfang an ein ungutes Gefühl. Ich werde euer Haus nie wieder betreten. Es wäre ein Schelm der etwas schlechtes von euch denkt... The transmission lit up on my 6 year old Ford Galaxy. I thought I would drive my car to a Ford workshop. Left it there for the night. Got a cost estimate of 8500euro material and about 4000 to 5000 € working time. To be on the safe side, the car seller from this house called me 15 minutes later. Since he was informed that my car was totally damaged, he asked if I would like to buy a new car. I paid 65 € for it and picked up my car again. I now drove to another week full of car.
