Matilda die Schnecke dürfte hier das Zepter in der Hand haben. Zum Thema Freundlichkeit: Hatte zweimal eine Dame am Apparat, extrem unfreundlich und reserviert, hab selten so was erlebt, man hat das Gefühl als wollte sie dauernd auflegen weil sie das alles nicht interessiert. Darüber bekam ich auch noch eine Falschauskunft die nun einen riesigen Rattenschwanz hinterher zog. Dabei wollte ich doch nur ein Auto vorzeitig rauskaufen. Die Abwicklung dazu dauert mittlerweile aber schon fast ein Monat. Ich bin mittlerweile nervlich am Ende. Hatte heute einen Herren dran, sehr bemüht und extrem freundlich. Der 3. On the subject of friendliness: Had a lady on the line twice, extremely unfriendly and reserved, rarely experienced anything like that, you get the feeling as if she wanted to hang up all the time because she wasn't interested in anything. I also got a false information about it which now pulled a huge rat tail behind. I just wanted to buy out a car early. The processing for this now takes almost a month. I'm on my nerves now. Today I had a gentleman, tried very hard and extremely friendly. The 3rd star because of the very friendly staff.
