★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dieser Ford Servicebetrieb hat mir bezüglich meines defekten Antennensockels für meinen Ford Focus geholfen. War quasi Neukunde, da mein Ford Stammhändler ein anderer ist. Fazit: man konnte nicht nur den original Antennensockel von Ford erstehen (dieser wird an sich nicht mehr für mein Modell produziert), sondern war auch äußerst flink bei der Schadensbehebung. Beide Chefleute (Altenstrasser sen. und jr.) waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam (auch der zuständige Mechaniker) - die Reparaturdauer wurde im vorhinein mitgeteilt und auch eingehalten. Ford Altenstrasser spreche ich meine Empfehlung aus - ein kleiner, aber sehr feiner Familienbetrieb in Alkoven.
This Ford service company helped me with my defective antenna socket for my Ford Focus. Was a new customer, as my regular Ford dealer is a different one. Conclusion: you could not only buy the original antenna base from Ford (this is no longer produced for my model), but you were also extremely quick to repair the damage. Both managers (Altenstrasser senior and jr.) Were very friendly and attentive (also the responsible mechanic) - the repair time was communicated in advance and also adhered to. I give my recommendation to Ford Altenstrasser - a small but very fine family business in alcoves.
