★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Netter Service, schnelle Lieferung jedoch finde ich die Größe der Pizza eine Frechheit. habe um €16,80- eine große Diavolo und 6 Stück chilli cheese nuggets bestellt die Pizza ist genau 28cm im Durmesser kleiner als die kleine pizzen in cm angaben bei den meisten Restaurants. Schade dass da so gespart wird.
 Nice service, fast delivery but I find the size of the pizza a cheek. I ordered a large Diavolo and 6 pieces of chilli cheese nuggets for €16.80. The pizza is exactly 28cm in diameter smaller than the small pizzas in cm given in most restaurants. It's a shame that there are so many savings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben schon mehrfach bestellt bei der Food Factory... Fazit: Das Essen ist gut und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, aber die Lieferzeit ist jedes Mal wieder eine absolute Katastrophe.
Einmal um ca. 20.30 Uhr bestellt und um kurz vor 23.00 Uhr das Essen erhalten. Eigentlich bisher jedes Mal nach deutlich mehr als einer Stunde Wartezeit angerufen und gefragt, ob das Essen überhaupt noch kommt. Heute Bestellung auch wieder 19.02 Uhr über deren Hauseigene App, jetzt um 20.40 Uhr immernoch kein Essen da.
Also vor 10 Minuten wie üblich Anruf, nach 1,5 Stunden warten: Angeblich wäre das Essen schon lang geliefert worden...?
Wenn man Hunger hat, besser wo anders bestellen, oder zwei Stunden bevor man Hunger bekommt vorbestellen...
Have ordered from the Food Factory several times... Conclusion: The food is good and the employees are very nice, but the delivery time is an absolute disaster every time.
Ordered once at around 8:30 p.m. and received the food just before 11:00 p.m. Actually, every time after waiting for more than an hour, we called and asked if the food was still coming. Order again today at 7.02 p.m. via their in-house app, now at 8.40 p.m. still no food.
So 10 minutes ago, as usual, we called, after 1.5 hours of waiting: the food had supposedly been delivered a long time ago...?
If you're hungry, better order somewhere else, or pre-order two hours before you get hungry...
