★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sie hören nicht zu wenn man Probleme mit dem Auto hat. "Alles ist normal" wenn die Bremsen bei einem fast neuen Hunday bereits rosten. Als ich sagte dass ich das Autohaus wechsle, wurde mir gesagt dass sie eh genug Kunden haben und beim wegfahren wurde mir noch ein "selber Schuld" hinterher gerufen.
Ein professioneller Umgang mit unzufriedenen Kunden zeichnet eine gute Firma aus.
You do not listen when you have problems with the car. "Everything is normal" when the brakes are already rusting on a nearly new dog. When I said that I change the dealership, I was told that they have enough customers anyway and when driving away I was called a "blame" afterwards.
A professional approach to dissatisfied customers distinguishes a good company.
