B	Birgit Henning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliches Personal und sehr unfreundlicher Umgang mit Stammkunden bei der Reklamation von einem Kosmetikprodukt Ich war der Meinung die Bodylotion sei ranzig, da der Geruch nach dem Auftragen so unangenehm war. Die Mitarbeiterin meinte das sei normal und hat mein Anliegen nicht ernst genommen. Die Bodylotion wurde dann zwar ausgetauscht, aber mit einem gehässigen Hinweis, dass die neue Bodylotion dieselbe Charge hätte. Die neue Bodylotion stinkt ca. 5 Min nach dem Auftragen tatsächlich genau so schlimm wie die vorherige. Eine kurze Internetrecherche hat ergeben, dass ich nicht die einzige bin, die den Geruch dieses Produkts schrecklich findet. In Zukunft werde ich meine Einkäufe in einer anderen Apotheke erledigen. Update vom 10.5.2021 Fr. Antlinger von der Folaris Apotheke hat mich letzte Woche kontaktiert. Ich konnte die Bodylotion auf ein anderes Produkt umtauschen. Fr. Antlinger hat sich viel Zeit genommen, mich wirklich nett und kompetent beraten und mir auch jede Menge toller Proben mitgegeben. :-) So wünscht man sich als Kunde die Reklamationsbearbeitung. Vielen Dank. Deswegen auch Update von einem auf vier Sterne. Very unfriendly staff and very unfriendly handling of regular customers when complaining about a cosmetic product I thought the body lotion was rancid because the smell was so unpleasant after application. The employee said it was normal and didn't take my concern seriously. The body lotion was then exchanged, but with a nasty hint that the new body lotion had the same batch. The new body lotion actually smells just as bad as the previous one about 5 minutes after application. A quick internet search revealed that I am not the only one who finds the smell of this product awful. In the future I will do my shopping in a different pharmacy. Update from May 10th, 2021 Ms. Antlinger from the Folaris pharmacy contacted me last week. I was able to exchange the body lotion for another product. Ms. Antlinger took a lot of time, gave me really nice and competent advice and also gave me a lot of great samples. :-) This is how you, as a customer, want complaints to be processed. Many Thanks. Therefore also an update from one to four stars.

Ganz toll.Bin immer happy, wenn ich bei ihr "lande". Weiter so!!! There is no better advice than from Ms. Petra Zeilinger. I have never experienced that in any other pharmacy. You can tell that she lives her job! Great. I'm always happy when I "land" with her. Keep it up!!!
