Selbst beim Notdienst (Abends) stets freundlich und bemüht! Top! Friendly and competent. Ointments are prepared quickly if they have not already been prepared. Even during the emergency service (in the evening) always friendly and hard-working!

D	Didem Celik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte mir 20 Tests (es stehen pro Person 10 vom Land und 10 vom Bund an) bei der Apotheke holen, habe aber nur 10 bekommen. Die Dame meinte sie könne mir nur 10 geben, da sie keine mehr vom Land habe. Ich war bei anderen Apotheken die gesagt haben die Steinbock Apotheke MUSS mir die vom Land geben. Ich dachte mir so okay dann gehe ich halt nochmal dort hin - gesagt getan - bin zurück in die Apotheke um mir die 10 Tests zu holen, es war das gleiche Theater und ich habe die Tests wieder nicht bekommen. Ich wollte dass sie die 10 Stück zurücknehmen, ging natürlich nicht. Die Mitarbeiterin meinte ich kann die mir zustehenden Tests von einer anderen Apotheke holen, was natürlich gelogen war. In einer anderen Apotheke meinte der Herr nein das geht so nicht, die Apotheken zahlen die Tests selber und dass jede Apotheke diese 20 Stück aushändigen muss sowohl die vom Land als auch die vom Bund. Außerdem bekommen die Apotheken die selbe Anzahl an Tests vom Bund und vom Land. Ich habe nur die vom Bund bekommen und höchstwahrscheinlich werden die mir zustehenden Tests vom Land von den Mitarbeitern für den Privatverbrauch eingenommen oder wie erklärt man sich sonst so etwas??? Nie wieder werde ich diese Apotheke besuchen so ein Theater!!!! I wanted to get 20 tests (there are 10 from the state and 10 from the federal government per person) at the pharmacy, but only got 10. The lady said she could only give me 10 because she didn't have any more from the country. I was at other pharmacies that said the Capricorn pharmacy MUST give me the one from the country. I thought so okay then I'll just go there again - said, done - I'm back to the pharmacy to get the 10 tests, it was the same theater and again I didn't get the tests. I wanted you to take back the 10 pieces, of course it didn't work. The employee said I can get the tests I am entitled to from another pharmacy, which of course was a lie. In another pharmacy, the gentleman said no, it doesn't work that way, the pharmacies pay for the tests themselves and that every pharmacy has to hand over these 20 pieces, both from the state and from the federal government. In addition, the pharmacies get the same number of tests from the federal government and the state. I only got those from the federal government and most likely the tests to which I am entitled will be taken from the state by the employees for private consumption or how else do you explain something like that ??? Never again will I visit this pharmacy in such a theater !!!!
S	Spas Nikolov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich komme mit europeische Krankenversicherung und sie wollten mir kein gratis covid test machen, weil sie nicht wissen wie das funktioniert, obwohl in eine andere Apotheke kein problem war. Seit wie lange ist Österreich in der EU und sie wissen noch nicht wie die eu Krankenversicherung funktioniert? Total inkompetenz!!! I come with European health insurance and they didn't want to do a free covid test for me because they didn't know how it worked, although there was no problem in another pharmacy. How long has Austria been in the EU and you still don't know how the eu health insurance works? Total incompetence!
