Was sind organisatorische Gründe für das Kerngeschäft dieses business models? Ihr organisiert Taxis! Zuverlässigkeit ist das Hauptkritierium um ein Taxi zu buchen. Wenn das aber nur möglich ist wenn es dem Unternehmen rein passt, ist die Dienstleistung völlig sinnlos. Wie in diesem Fall. Please do not!! Erstens statt zum Flughafen um uns abzuholen, ist der Fahrer zum meiner Hausadresse gefahren (kann passieren, wenn auch auf der Bestätigung Abholung von Flughafen stand). Zweitens nicht in Ankunftshalle auf uns gewartet, wie an der website von den Unternehmen geschrieben würde. Ich verstehe dass es jetzt in Corona Zeiten länger dauert bei Pass/Zollkontrolle, aber es entschuldigt nicht dass man gehetzt wird schnell mit den schweren Gepäck auf das Parkplatz zu rennen um die Parkplatzgebühren zu sparen (bei meinen vorherigen Taxi-Unternehmen, der leider jetzt ausgebucht war, ist mir das nie passiert!!!!), die wir trotzdem bezahlen mussten. Das Auto hat gestunken, aber nicht nach Raffinerie wie mich der Taxi-Unternehmen Inhaber überzeugen wollte, sondern nach billigen Parfüm und Zigaretten. We ordered online and the taxi arrived on time. Everything was in order. The price for the ride was € 33 which is pretty cheap.

The driver not only came 5 minutes early and informed me by text he was also exceptionally friendly. we arrived 5 minutes earlier than expected. the drive was smooth with no sharp turn which is ideal if you get car sick easily. this is my sincere opinion on the service and I will certainly will use it again and saved it to my phone. p.s. when you order online you get a confirmation to your email.
