Ich habe das Gefühl die Firma ist mit einem Lift im Hochhaus überfordert. The eternal disturbances and running noises of the lift in the city gate are annoying. Repairs have been going on for months. I have the feeling that the company is overwhelmed with a lift in the skyscraper.

Haben bei uns im Haus 3 Aufzüge von dieser Marke und haben fast täglich Probleme wie: - Aufzug fällt aus - Aufzug bleibt stecken - Die Ruffunktion teilt die Forderung falsch zu, sodass ein Aufzuf einfach nur im Erdgeschoss steht, während ein anderer 10 Forderungen allein bedienen muss und das dauert dann echt lange - Die Wartung dauert sehr lange, es ist dann manchmal nur ein Aufzug verfügbar - Die Verkabelung ist falsch angeschlossen, so dass es runter anzeigt, obwohl er hinauf fährt - obwohl man runter bei der Ruffunktion drückt, fährt der Aufzug noch rauf und holt aus 3 anderen Stöcken Leute Diese ganzen Gründe empfinde ich als intolerabel. Ich weiß leider nicht, warum unser Haus nicht eine Marke wie Schindler genommen hat, welche von vielen öffentlichen Gebäuden verwendet wird. Worst elevator company I have ever seen. We have 3 lifts of this brand in our house and have almost daily problems like: - Elevator fails - Elevator gets stuck - The call function assigns the claim incorrectly, so that a Aufzuf is just on the ground floor, while another has to serve 10 claims alone and that takes a really long time - Maintenance takes a long time, sometimes only an elevator is available - The wiring is connected incorrectly, so it indicates down, although he drives up - even though you press down on the call function, the elevator still drives up and gets people out of 3 other sticks All of these reasons are intolerable. Unfortunately, I do not know why our house did not take a brand like Schindler, which is used by many public buildings.
M	Maxi Maxi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma Flügel hat massive Probleme mit den Liftanlagen im Citygate mit 34 und 26 Stockwerken. Teilweise wurden Lifte zwangsweise stillgelegt aus Sicherheitsgründen, nachdem es wochenlang sehr laute Lauf und Scheppergeräusche gegeben hat. Alle Mängel wurden vom TÜV festgehalten. Fraglich ob hier die Firma über Hochhauserfahrungen verfügt....bislang gibt es laut HP keine Referenzen. Wing has massive problems with the lift systems in the Citygate with 34 and 26 floors. Sometimes lifts were forcibly shut down for safety reasons after weeks of very loud running and rattling noises. All defects were recorded by the TÜV. It is questionable whether the company has high-rise experience here ... so far, according to HP, there are no references.
B	Broker 1974 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wahnsinn diese Firma. Ich wohne im Leopoldstower (City Gate, Seyringer Straße 5) und unsere 2 Aufzüge müssen nahezu jede 2. Woche repariert werden. 1 Mal im Monat sind Wartungsarbeiten erforderlich. Leider nach jeder Wartung (Reparatur, etc.) wird der 2. Aufzug immer lauter. Ich frage mich wirklich, warum ist die Firma fast jede Woche hier und muss etwas reparieren, wenn es sowieso nichts bringt. Seit gestern ist einer der beiden Aufzüge so laut (man hört sogar lautes Krachen), dass ein Schlafen unmöglich ist. Als würde Eisen auf Eisen scheren. Natürlich wurde nichts unternommen. Die Firma Apleona hat den Aufzug heute sogar aus Sicherheitsgründen gesperrt. Wie kann ein Unternehmen mit so schlechter Qualität und Service überhaupt im Wettbewerb überleben??????? Mir tut jeder Leid der sich mit so ein Unternehmen abgeben muss. Give this company a wide berth. Whether as a customer, partner or employee. Terrible in all respects. I feel sorry for everyone who has to deal with a company like this.

MERKEN❗ Sobald "Flügel & Klement" draufsteht, lieber zu Fuß gehen. Ist sicherer! A chaos company that treats the employees in the same way as the repairs to the elevators. NOTE❗ As soon as it says "Flügel & Klement", it's better to go on foot. Is safer!
