★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blonde Dame am Schalter ist nicht sehr hilfreich. Fotografieren ist dort wohl verboten, ohne Erklärung. Gibt ja noch andere Händler die Kunden nicht verhindern sondern ihnen helfen.
Blonde lady at the counter is not very helpful. Photography is probably forbidden there, without explanation. There are other dealers who do not prevent customers but help them.

Personal war eher gewillt etwas zu verkaufen aber leider was die Berechnung anbelangt nicht kompetent! Nie wieder würde ich dort kaufen. Ich kann Fliesen Platzer in Graz empfehlen.
Unfortunately I was not satisfied with the service at all! I ordered and unfortunately had to wait a very long time. Staff was more willing to sell something but unfortunately as far as the calculation is not competent! I would never buy there again. I can recommend tiles Platzer in Graz.
