R	Rudolf Ziegler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der letzte Fleischer in Hernals. Eine Schande dass eine ganze Zunft langsam ausstirbt und durch Supermarkt Fleisch ersetzt wird. Hier bekommt man Qualitätsware und kompetente und sehr höfliche Beratung. Egal welches Fleisch und egal für welchen Anlass, man erhält immer genau das passende Produkt. Lokale Betriebe gilt es zu unterstützen, und ich tue das in diesem Fall mit Freude. Corona Info: Nur 2 Personen gleichzeitig im Geschäft erlaubt. Mundnasenschutz ist natürlich Pflicht. A	Alexander Rader on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute das erste Mal da, obwohl eigentlich aus der Nähe, aber bislang einfach zu bequem, dies ändert sich nun schlagartig. Das die Produkte sehr gut sind, dass ist ein Punkt der steht für sich ja, das schaffen andere aber auch. Auch beim Supermarkt bekomme ich "gute" (wenn sicherlich auch nicht vergleichbare) Ware. Was hier das Geschäft aber wirklich auszeichnet sind die Mitarbeiter bzw. der Fleischermeister selbst. Es ist Montag 17:30, man sperrt in einer halben Stunde zu es stürmt und schüttet draußen, es ist ein grau in grauer Tag und man will eigentlich nur heim, so war es heute einfach. Nun kommen noch kurz vor Schluss 2 Kunden in den Laden die völlig unbedarft einfach da interessiert und auch Koch begeistert sich inspirieren lassen wollen daher auch eher etwas offen und nicht gerade zielstrebig sind. Offen gestanden, Kunden die eben nicht einfach mit "das, das danke wiederschauen" handzuhaben sind. Und ich weiß solche Kunden wünscht man sich nicht eine halbe Stunde vor Schluss. Das ist mir ganz klar, was dann aber passierte verblüfft mich umso mehr und verpflichtet mich zu noch größeren Dank: Absolut zuvorkommend, absolut höflich und warm wurdesen wir empfangen. Es wurde auf uns eingegangen und jede noch so kleine Frage wurde erklärt. Als ich dann erwähnte ob wir das Wildfleisch denn Sous Vide garen können, hat der Meister sogar Persönlich angeboten das Fleisch zu vakumieren, eine kleine Geste mit langer, sehr sehr großer Wirkung! That is very clear to me, but what happened then amazes me all the more and obliges me to thank you even more: We were received absolutely courteously, absolutely polite and warmly. We were answered and every question, no matter how small, was explained. When I mentioned whether we could cook the game meat for sous vide, the master even personally offered to vacuum the meat, a small gesture with a long, very, very big effect! I was very, very rarely so enthusiastic!

So wie früher, erstklassige Wurstwaren und mein besonderer Tipp sind die Knacker!! Ich hoffe sehr, dass den "Metzker" noch lange für uns gibt. Einen Wiener Fleischer wie einst - Bravo! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Übrigends das Personal ist sehr freundlich ? Got the butcher as an insider tip. And all expectations were met. Just like in the past, first-class sausages and my special tip are the crackers! I very much hope that the "Metzker" will be there for a long time. A Viennese butcher like before - Bravo!
