Das Fleisch von den umliegenden Bauernhöfen ist delicious und sehr zart. Die eigenen Erzeugnisse sind frisch und hausgemacht. Eine 5 Sterne Auszeichnung für mich als bewußter Fleischesser. The butcher shop in Aflenz is awesome. Top staff not only friendly and competent but also with that certain something. The meat from the surrounding farms is delicious and very tender. The company's own products are fresh and homemade. A 5 star award for me as a conscious meat eater.
