★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim gestrigen Getränkeeinkauf ist uns eine Flasche mit einem dicken Schimmelbelag im Regal aufgefallen. Daraufhin haben wir eine junge Dame von Spar auf den Mangel aufmerksam gemacht.
Heute Nachmittag stand dieselbe Flasche noch immer im Regal, obwohl das Regal in der Zwischenzeit aufgefüllt wurde. Wir haben daraufhin einer anderen Verkäuferin, welche widerwillig zum Regal mitgegangen war, diese Ekelflasche gezeigt. Sie hat diese Flasche dann unter Hinweis, dass die Praktikantin entlassen worden wäre, entfernt. Uns gegenüber wurde weder ein Dank für den Hinweis, noch irgendein Wort der Entschuldigung geäußert.
Nicht nur, dass eine Praktikantin nicht für alle Fehler verantwortlich gemacht werden kann, war es vor allem die „Freundlichkeit“ der Mitarbeiterin, die uns massiv gestört hat. Genau so sollte Kommunikation mit Kunden nicht aussehen!!!
In yesterday's beverage shopping we noticed a bottle with a thick mold on the shelf. Then we have a young lady of Spar on the draw attention.
This afternoon, the same bottle was still on the shelf, although the shelf had been refilled in the meantime. We then showed this disgusting bottle to another saleswoman who had reluctantly gone to the shelf. She then removed this bottle, pointing out that the intern had been dismissed. We were neither thanked for the hint nor for any word of apology.
Not only that an intern can not be blamed for all mistakes, it was above all the "friendliness" of the staff, the massive disruption. This is exactly how communication with customers should not look like !!!
