NEVER BEEN TREATED BETTER IN MY WHOLE LIFE Seriously the environment is so cheerful that you can taste the happiness in the food. Good ingredients, freshly made, amazing fries! The Irish cashier is also so friendly and knows the correct approach for each customer.

Overpriced/overhyped 13€ for a OK burger 5€ for good fries and 6.50€ for a milkshake that basically was soft 'clever' ice-cream Will not buy food here again. Sorry.

Classic burger franchise from the US. All the burger/hot dog toppings and milk shake toppings are free of charge, though the base price of the burgers is steep, just as in the US. Don't get larger than small fries, they are plenty, and they are extremely good. Be aware that although the burger patty is hot, with all the added toppings your burger will be cold by the time you eat it, even when you eat it on site right away.

I don’t know why Austrians do not seem to like Five Guys like the rest of the world does, but it tastes great just like everywhere else! Music is a bit loud though!

€20,50 for cheeseburger, small fries (that are actually good and are more than enough) and a soft drink (yeah, unlimited, but how much do you really need?). The cheeseburger wasn’t close to what they market… Tasted same as from McDonalds. Okay, maybe it’s somehow healthier? (idk) But, as I read other comments here, I can confirm that the burger is dripping and you need a thousand tissues to wipe your hands… And since they simply dump all the fries into the paper bag, you really have nothing solid to place under the burger to collect the liquid. It just ends up all over the table (I can see already some of you saying “have you tried ripping the bag apart, genius?”, but it’s not the experience you should get for such a price).

It’s Five Guys, and it’s as close to the original as you can hope for. Also situated in a great location, right next to the cinema. It’s expensive, and the menu is rather limited - but the burgers are tasty and filling, and you do get that trademark bag-of-fries full of deliciousness. Even the milkshakes are authentic, and one of the few places you can actually get American milkshakes. My main concern is just that by now, there’s so many better burger options all over Vienna - if Five Guys was here a couple years ago, they’d have dominated.

Compared to other burgers in Vienna. It’s not the best but definitely one of the best. Good meat. Burger condiments choices are great. Good hotdogs though. It’s expensive as well, ca 12€ for cheeseburger Pay attention to extras! Might cost you 5€ on top! Milkshakes are good but heavy to combine with a burger!
