★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechter Service. Auf der Webseite steht "einfach Preise und Informationen anfragen". Nachdem wir die Anfrage erstellt haben, haben wir 3 E-Mails von Regus bekommen. 3 lange aber inhaltlich "leere" automatisch erstellte Emails.
Wir sehen grobe info auf der Regus Webseite aber wir brauchen detalliertes Angebot mit extra Services etc., weil sie auf Ihrer Seite nicht sichtbar sind.
Und was passiert? Noch eine lange und "leere" E-mail wurde geschickt. Also es ist egal was Sie schreiben/mitteilen. Das hat für Regus überhaupt keinen Wert!
Very bad service. The website says "just ask for prices and information". After creating the request, we received 3 emails from Regus. 3 long but "empty" automatically generated emails.
We see rough information on the Regus website but we need a detailed offer with extra services etc. because they are not visible on your site.
And what happens? Another long and "empty" e-mail was sent. So it doesn't matter what you write / communicate. That has absolutely no value for Regus!
