Ich habe bei fitomenal eine Manduka PROlite Yogamatte bestellt - unglaublich rascher Versand (innerhalb 1 Stunde!), schon am nächsten Tag habe ich die Matte per Post erhalten - mit dabei eine ausgesprochen nette handgeschriebene Mitteilung mit einem Dankeschön und Gutschein für die nächste Bestellung. So einen netten persönlichen Kontakt habe ich bei einer Webshop-Bestellung noch nie erlebt, ich finde es wirklich großartig, dass da Leute arbeiten, die sich so persönlich und toll um ihre Kund*innen bemühen. Die Matte selbst - in sie habe ich mich schon nach dem Auspacken und den ersten kleinen Übungen darauf verliebt, ich kann mir keine bessere Matte vorstellen, einfach perfekt. I have never experienced such a nice personal contact with an online shop order, I think it's really great that people work there who care so personally and well about their customers. The mat itself - I fell in love with it after unpacking and doing the first little exercises on it, I can't imagine a better mat, just perfect.
