Schweigepflichtsverletzungen und Zurückhalten der Patientenakte seit einem Jahr (zählen zu den Patientenrechten) werden toleriert u nicht einmal bemängelt! Mein Rechtsanwalt ist der Ansicht diese Stelle kann verklagt werden! Ein Skandal!
Worst experience with the arbitration board! Do not act in the patient's interest !! Wasted months !!! Breaches of confidentiality and withholding the patient file for a year (count as patient rights) are tolerated and not even criticized! My lawyer believes that this position can be sued! A scandal!
