★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think its too small. There are far better Fit Inn studios in the city and I think this one at Heiligenstadt is the worst.
I hate it so much that I stopped going to the gym, I can't wait for my contract to finish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IMHO really filthy and smelly. Extremelly small with very bad ventilation and quite crowded due to the mini size. Their contract terms and conditions are not legal, be aware of that if you tend to go for a membership. Not recommendable.

unfortunately it gets crowded between 17:00-21:00, if you are very focus in weight lifting consider to come during the morning or very late (after 21:00)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately unfriendly and incompetent workers. I’ve never been in Fitinn and my first impressions aren’t good. Today I went there with (Gutschein) for the first time to test! I + this Gutschein included a 10-min solarium and shower. Firstly I filled everything online and signed. After few min: I’ve finsihed my workout and going back to administration bcz they didn’t give me a card for solarium and shower. Administration asking me to show my passport for a second time and told me that I can use only shower and they cannot find me in system. I’m trying to explain that „hey look I can use solarium for 10min it says in Gutschein!“...but they keep telling me like directly no, Gutschein is old one. They just didn’t want me to use solarium with no reason or normal explanations!
In the end to make sure their words my friend wrote Fitinn, and they answered that the (Gutschein) is still working! heh ?♂️?♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good: very reasonable monthly fee; near U-Bahn station; clean; well equipped; diverse and well maintained machines; not crowded in the mornings.
Could be better: must remember to bring small change (coins) for the shower, this is not included in the monthly fee; shower temperature is not adjustable; crowded in the evenings.
