FITINN Fitnessstudio - Edelsinnstraße 4

Ive been to all of the fitinns in Vienna, but i need to say this is the most equipped (along with the one on Rathausplatz) well organized gym. Funcional area, cardio, and weights. Try to avoid peak time because its horrible. Around 3-6pm people literally need to wait for almost every machine. If you are like me who isnt bothered by this than you need to visit this gym. If you go in the morning there are only handful of people what makes the whole atmosphere even more friendlier.

Gym basic equipments are not available like weight lifting belts etc. The water is not available in basic membership (can fill bottle from washroom, I don't like it).

Awesome gym with great price and open hours. - Big enough so you don't feel in a cage - Squat racks. Big plus. They have 3, which is more than other regular gym out there. - Functional areas with kettlebells, sand bags, TRX,etc. - Stretching area - They offer several workout drinks (paid) special with micronutrients and recovery drinks. Overall it is a good gym and not so busy, compared with others. I like it a lot.

The staff is ok, one of the guys speaks english and he explain me everything about the pricing and etc. The equipment is good.. but that's all. I would say that, the company like FITINN which is pretending to be "#1 GYM in Austria" MUST HAVE a VENTILATION system, because there is no air on the second floor and it smells disgusting! Also you must sign a 12 months contract without any cancellations, no matter if you are here for 2-3-6 months, there is no other option/contract. In three words - I expected more.

The gym is really big on two levels, the equipment is very good they have everything from cardio to heavy weights. Very clean and good ventilation. When you arrive stuff will help you with everything. They are very amicable especially Novica, very nice guy :) Really great experience.. All recommendations

This is an excellently maintained gym for a reasonable price. All the equipment is very modern and new, and it is all immaculately maintained. It is a very clean facility, and if you go in the morning as I did, you will have no problem finding unused equipment. The patrons are generally friendly but not a whole lot of people re-racked their weight plates. There are no towels available for the showers, so be sure to bring your own if you plan on showering after your workout. I forgot but I just taxied back to the hotel. Locks can be provided for the lockers if you don’t have one—you just need to leave a piece of ID in exchange. The staff was very helpful and I could get by with only English, which I was nervous about because I did not know any German. I was only in Austria for a few days because of work. Overall I had an excellent experience and if I ever find myself in Vienna again, I will definitely return to this gym.

I don't recommend this studio. First, you have to buy your own padlock to use the locker room. Even the low-end studios like McFit already installed the modern electronic locks working with the club card. Apparently, the FitInn studio is too greedy or too poor for that. Second, the fitness machines are often get broken. I don't care too much about the machines, because I do street workout and free weights. Treadmills, calisthenics equipment and free weights are fine here. Third, the Pro-Abo does not worth the money. Effectively, you will not be able to use the Auszeit feature, if you are sick or absent because the required form is well-hidden on the website. You have to go to gym and ask the receptionist. The FitInn website is a nightmare. It is practically useless. Logging in to your personal account does not work. All the necessary forms to control your membership are well hidden and there are no direct links on the front page to them. Moreover, even the employees themselves don't know how to use their own website. For example, they recently spent half an hour to find me the form for membership cancellation. Fifth, I found that I didn't receive a proper contract printed on the paper with my membership number and a signature on it. The idiot on a reception forgot to put it inside the envelope with other documents.
