Very well managed gym with great gym classes! ;D

We were able to ise the gym during our stay in Vienna this summer. We really loved it!

Nice and clean studious. Well equipped. Friendly staff and great aerobics classes. Recommend

Opening hours useless for working people and were reduced Sauna closes an hour before because of some random rule Steam room has never worked and no plans on repairing it Despite reducing the opening hours, everyone still gets to pay the full price

The opening times reduced without announcing The sauna is most the time not working The steam room is broken for months now(9 months) The machines don’t work properly Classes cancelled without announcing Solarium is super weak and expensive And costumers have no rights what so ever and the management doesn’t care

Dressing rooms are shabby, showers don‘t work, there seems to be a minimum of cleaning personnel, the training machines are good, but not well kept, actually it has the charm of a club near Moscow (where I have never been)

Unfortunately there are big problems now, so it doesn’t deserve the “Plus” categorie anymore! It’s ridiculous to pay 40€ per Month to this Service, and then another 40€ per year to “ using te machines” title... 1.The Opening Hours has been changed from Midnight to 22:00h. 2. Machines don’t work properly (not all, but a lot), and the Management doesn’t even care! 3. The Hairdryer doesn’t work for Months! 4. Cold water comes often from the shower! 5. The Steamroom doesn’t work for Months! 6. The Sauna often closed before the official closing time! 7. The solarium doesn’t work often, expensive and week, so simply useless! 8. They cancel the classes without announcing online, I just realize when I’m already there.. 9. Last time the shower was full of fan hair, and the toilet wasn’t clean! 10. When my Contract expired, I wanted to quit, but because I did not do it on the exact day when I signed 1 year before, now the next opportunity is in 6 Months!!! 11. Receptionists often so rude, so definitely they don’t know anything about the real customer service! 12. The Contract just really unfair with the customers, it seems like only Fit Fabrik has rights, and the customer has the right to pay, besides that nothing!

Very annoyed. I paid for November and then was not allowed in because I'm not vaccinated. I called today to ask if I will have my money back and the answer was no. I will not be joining this gym again. Bunch of crooks.
