Als ich dann anrief, war die Mitarbeiterin total desinteressiert und meinte "na die werden uns das Mails aus dem Büro schon weiterleiten irgendwann" und sie hätte keine Zeit jetzt, da sie alleine an der Kasse stünde. Alles schön und gut, aber man könnte ja sagen: "ich kläre das gleich mit dem Büro ab und rufe verlässlich zurück mit den Informationen, die sie brauchen." Statt dessen hat das Geschäft jetzt einen Kunden weniger, mein Geld trage ich woanders hin! I sent an email with the request for several Djeco products and whether they were in stock. The mail was not responded to for several days. When I called, the employee was totally disinterested and said "well they will forward the mails from the office to us sometime" and she would not have time now that she was alone at the cash register. Everything is all well and good, but you could say: "I'll clarify this with the office straight away and call you back reliably with the information you need." Instead, the business now has one customer less, I carry my money elsewhere!
L	Lorenz S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grundsätzlich tolles Spielwarengeschäft der alten Schule, auch sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, bei dem es sich natürlich auch nur um Menschen handelt. Insofern kann man auch hier einmal aneinandergeraten. Das sollte aber eigentlich auch nicht passieren sollte, getreu dem Motto "Der Kunde hat immer Recht". Das ist allerdings Kritik auf hohem Niveau, wie es sich für ein Spielwarengeschäft im Herzen von Hietzing auch gehört, daher immernoch 4 Sterne. Nachtrag: Danke für die schnelle Antwort seitens des Kundendienstes und es freut mich zu hören, dass auf Kritik konstruktiv eingegangen wird. Insofern werde ich auch in Zukunft gerne wieder vorbeischauen. Basically great old school toy store, also very courteous staff, who of course are just people. In this respect, you can also clash here. But that shouldn't really happen, true to the motto "The customer is always right". However, this is criticism at a high level, as it should be for a toy shop in the heart of Hietzing, therefore still 4 stars. Addendum: Thank you for the quick response from customer service and I am happy to hear that criticism is dealt with constructively. In this respect, I will be happy to drop by again in the future.
