Ich habe 2 Tortenformen gekauft, auch um local business zu unterstützen - beide Formen waren jedoch bei der Erstverwendung mit einem normalen Rührteig im Rohr undicht (Foto als Beweis vorhanden) - ein unglaubliches Küchen Chaos und eine misslungene Geburtstagstorte als Folge. Im Geschäft bat ich, nachdem mir eine Gutschrift angeboten wurde, ob ich stattdessen auch das Geld zurück haben kann. Die Verkäuferin meinte sie müsse nachfragen. Ich wartete geduldig die mehreren Gespräche ab und meinte dann dass auch ein Umtausch für mich ok wäre, wenn es sonst zu schwierig wird. In dem Moment rief Herr Fischer (Eigentümer!?) an. Dieser meinte nur dass ich weder eine Gutschrift haben kann noch einen Umtausch, sondern dass ich einen 'lieferschein' bekomme. Sie müssten ja die Formen einschicken, 'ob ich sie denn auch benützungskonform verwendet habe'.. omg- ich weiß wie man eine tortenform verwendet. Was für ein schreckliches Service!! Kaufen Sie lieber bei Amazon als in diesem Geschäft. I had a terrible experience in this business. I bought 2 cake tins, also to support local business - but both taps leaked when they were first used with a normal batter in the tube (photo as evidence) - an incredible kitchen mess and a failed birthday cake as a result. In the store, after being offered a credit, I asked if I could have the money back instead. The seller said she had to ask. I patiently waited for the several conversations and then said that an exchange would also be ok for me if it would otherwise be too difficult. At that moment Mr. Fischer (owner !?) called. This only meant that I can neither have a credit nor an exchange, but that I get a 'delivery note'. You would have to send in the molds, 'whether I have used them in accordance with their use' .. omg- I know how to use a cake mold. What a terrible service !! Better buy on Amazon than in this store.

Staff is knowledgeable and helpful and will wrap anything you want nicely if it is a gift. The range of products varies a lot and always goes from practical to exquisite to whimsical. Even if you end up not buying anything, just looking around can be inspiring.
