V	Volker Schreiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben sich Mühe gegeben aber Luft nach oben. Der Hotelbetreiber sollte ggf. einen Dresscode zum Frühstück und Abendessen vorgeben. Ich persönlich finde es unangenehm, wenn diverse Menschen in Skiunterwäsche zum Frühstück erscheinen. Genauso schlimm finde ich es, wenn Gäste in Badeschuhen und Jogginghosen zum Abendessen erscheinen. Dieses Haus ist ja keine Jugendherberge .... --》 Luft nach Oben .... Im Zimmer sind keine Badeschuhe für den Spa Bereich vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage gibt es diese an der Rezeption... dies sollte kommuniziert werden. Eine Flasche Wasser sollte bei diesem Preiss gratis auf dem Zimmer stehen. Also positiv sollte man die Ski und Schuhschränke im Skikeller erwähnen. Have made an effort but room for improvement. The hotel operator should specify a dress code for breakfast and dinner, if necessary. Personally, I find it unpleasant when various people appear for breakfast in ski underwear. I find it just as bad when guests come to dinner in bathing shoes and jogging pants. This house is not a youth hostel .... --》 Air up .... There are no bathing shoes for the spa area in the room. On request there are these at the reception... this should be communicated. A bottle of water should be in the room for free at this price. So the ski and shoe cabinets in the ski cellar should be mentioned positively.

J	Julia Bokesch (Jules) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im FIRSTpeak Zauchensee! Ganz neu gebautes Ski-in/Ski-out Hotel im Herzen von Zauchensee, alle Lifte fußläufig erreichbar. Schöne, moderne Zimmer, toller heller Skikeller und Skiverleih direkt im Haus. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und das mehrgängige Abendessen auf Haubenniveau hat uns sehr begeistert. Der Wellnessbereich verfügt über ein Dampfbad, mehrere Saunen, eine Textil-Sauna und ein riesiges Pool. Einziger Tipp: für die Anreise sind, je nach Witterungslage, Schneeketten zu empfehlen. Dafür Naturschnee soweit das Auge reicht. Ganz klare Empfehlung! We had a great time at FIRSTpeak Zauchensee! Brand new ski-in/ski-out hotel in the heart of Zauchensee, all lifts within walking distance. Beautiful, modern rooms, great, bright ski cellar and ski rental directly in the house. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and we were very impressed by the award-winning multi-course dinner. The wellness area has a steam bath, several saunas, a textile sauna and a huge pool. The only tip: depending on the weather, snow chains are recommended for the journey. But natural snow as far as the eye can see. Very clear recommendation!

Der Saunabereich läd zum Entspannen nach dem Skitag ein und das Restaurant serviert grandioses Essen - die vegetarischen Varianten sind exzellent. Das Haus ist neu und hat großes Potential. Very high quality and modern, at the same time cozy hotel. The sauna area invites you to relax after a day of skiing and the restaurant serves great food - the vegetarian options are excellent. The house is new and has great potential.

Widoki są piękne, gdzie nie spojrzysz widać Alpy a do tego hotel oferuje jeszcze inne atrakcje takie jak: spa, siłownia, basen, sauny. Pokój ładny, łóżka wygodne i spore. Jest również szatnia narciarska. Polecam w 100% i mam nadzieję że przyjadę za rok!? Great hotel! The food is very exquisite and tasty. The service is also very nice. The slopes are close and there are plenty of them. The views are beautiful, wherever you look you can see the Alps and the hotel also offers other attractions such as: spa, gym, swimming pool, saunas. Nice room, comfortable and large beds. There is also a ski locker room. I recommend it 100% and I hope to come next year! ?

We had the half board and the dinner was very good, well above what most other hotels offers for half board in this price range. 4 courses + sallad with well crafted, excellent tasting beautiful dishes. The two floors of spa, relax and sauna where excellent with a large pool and several different styles of sauna. And the relax area had great view of the mountains and very relaxing chairs.
